p2t is obd2b 99-00 civic si i would say that since the two motors had different cams that they would have different maps.. maybe not noticeable on the street but yes there should be a difference. also the redline might be a few hundred rpms different. not going to take the time to look in to it but is one obd2a and one obd2b...anyone else feel free to chime in...

Run the GSR ECU on the GSR engine. Not hard.

I had an si ecu on my gsr for a bit. It ran way better with the p72 you know since the p72 IS ment to run on a gsr
