So today I swapped my Virgin P28 for my Neptune P28. But when swapped the CEL light came on with the Virgin ECU. Neptune P28 had all o2 sensors on. Car that received Virgin is a swapped GSR Hatch. Any Idea what it could be?
I know I know I fail when it comes to ECU's and prob a lot of other things.

Unless I'm mistaken, the P28 is for a D16Z6, not a B18C1. The two engines use ENTIRELY different fuel and ignition trims. While I'm not surprised it runs, I'm very surprised it's not in limp-mode or running extremely lean [both very good reasons for a CEL]. Pull the codes and tell us what they are. I'm guessing something for being too-lean.

O weird that might b it then...So the ecu HAS to get tuned. Right? When I had pulled it the codes were something bout o2 sensors but that was in my car.

Yes. To run a GSR engine properly you'll need a tuned ECU of any variety [so long as it's got pinouts/circuitry for VTEC and the secondary butterflies] or a virgin P72 ECU.
