It is addictive. And untill you try it don't knock it.

Best way to discribe would be... A roller coaster you control. Its awesome. I left the route twice lol and kept spinning tires out of the turn lol

I for one enjoy the fact that you can be matched up with another stock vehicle, say a Porsche. Now say in a straight line that Porsche will spank your stock car, even if you claim to be the better driver. Now, throw some turns in the equation, and your $20k stock Honda spanks the Porsche because you are the better driver. It really does show who is the better skilled driver.

Also, autocross is one of the safest forms of autosports around. There is no car-to-car contact, no car-to-barrier contact., relatively low speeds with ample room to correct a slide off.

autox is a great skill builder and a great way to go out and legally figure out the limits of your vehicle. testing skills in acceleration, cornering, and braking. not just stepping on it and heading down the straight line. i like it, but probably would get bored of it really quick if i did alot of events all within a short period of time. i don't mind the skills building part.

I have run 3 AX events... Gets old quick... I think it will be a once a year type of thing if I need to test new parts.

Some people enjoy it more than others. I honestly love autocross, going out and seeing if I can best my own time around the course. It's like karting, but one-lap at a time, and in your own car.

I want to take the Starion out to a few events, now that I've got some R-compounds waiting to be mounted.
