B16 tranny for ls teggy???

i have came accross a b16 trans off of a 99 civic si for pretty cheap, I have a 94 ls b18b1 and it grinds horribly in 3rd  will the b16 tranny work???   thank you much

yes it will work

yes it will work. You'll find that you go through gas a lot faster though but your car will pull harder due to the shorter gearing.

Yeah it will work. You should have someone swap your 5th gear out of you LS and put it in the B16

how bad is the grind?  if its just slight i will probably take it

dustpan  il sell you the trans for 35 if you pick it up its in lehi  so thats not bad for you.   and its not that bad but it does grind  once its in its perfect though  35 bucks!!!  all the sensors included too
