91 Honda civic engine bay wiring
« on: December 15, 2012, 03:17:47 AM »
I have a 91 Honda civic dx that I've partially repaired to be a dd, but when it was backed into the wiring got messed up. Lately I've been having occasional problems with starting and and complete black out just tonight. Where should I start looking? Is anyone kind of near West Jordan to possibly help me make my car more road worthy? Lmk thanks :)

describe the starting the problem more in detail.  Does the car not turn on or does it completely loose power at random?  It really sounds like you have a loose ground somewhere (Thermostat housing or transmission), or the terminals on your battery are loose/frail.

well the problems are occasional but its has trouble startting up, itll slowly turn over until it starts, and when it black out its just after turning on, but immediately everything is off then everything comes back when i turn the key back.
ill look around for loose grounds thanks!
