relocating battery to the trunk

quick questions when relocating battery to the trunk. what gauge wire should i use? also is it better to run the cables through the car or under the car?

0 gauge wire, running it inside is my opinion. I just don't like knowing it's under the car and exposed.

Make sure you get a good quality wire when I do it I use welding cable

4 gauge works too. Any wire would work really, I used subwoofer wiring for mine, just as long as its thick enough for the amps (i believe) that the starter use.
