By your screen name I'm guessing its in an EF?

Stock fuel pump?

I've heard of peoples fuses blowing after upgrading to a walbro 255 pump due to it drawing more amperage then your stuck pump. Most people fixed their problem by upgrading from the 10amp fuse to a 15amp fuse or just hardwiring it.

Could also be a short in your wiring, exposed wires grounding out maybe?
